  • What is My Account?
    'My Account' allows you 100% control over your transactions on I.H Lifestyle. On this page you can update your contact details, update your password and view your wishlist. You can also check your orders and keep track on what's due for delivery.
  • How do I update my information?
    It is simple. Just login with your registered email ID and password.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • How do I know that my order has been confirmed?
    Once you have completed the payment process and an authorization has been received you will be navigated to a Thank You page on our website where you will be able to see your Order Confirmation details. You will also receive an email confirmation for your order on your registered email ID.
  • Can I order a product that is "Out of Stock"?
    Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for sale.
  • How do I check the current status of my orders?
    You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Orders' section in the My Account Page. Click on your My Orders page to view the status of all your orders.
  • When and how can I cancel an order?
    You can cancel an order only within 6 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact us at support@ihlifestyle.com.
  • How do I pay for a purchase?
    I.H Lifestyle offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You may use Visa / Mastercard / Amex to make your purchases.
